Ensuring Seamless Integration of Content, Development, and Marketing
The team consisted of fitness and wellness experts creating the training content, developers building the platform, video makers producing workout videos, and marketers promoting the platform. I collaborated between the teams to ensure smooth integration of content, features, and platform development.
I assisted in the ideation and development of the platform, contributing to the website and mobile apps (Android/iOS) with a mobile-first approach. I helped curate workout content, including writing descriptive texts and supporting the integration of gamification features. I utilized tools like Trello for project management and collaborated with developers using Figma for design reviews.
I gained experience in project coordination, content curation, and platform development.
