Scaling Brand from the Ground Up
As a growing startup, the TeamClimate team was small but highly collaborative. We worked in a fast-paced environment, focusing on building the brand from the ground up and rapidly adapting digital marketing strategies and tools to consolidate the Austrian market and enter the German one.
I collaborated with the graphic designer and web developer to align the message and brand identity with the targeted audience, creating a seamless experience across the platform and social media. To introduce the brand-new service, one of the first of its kind on the market, we made used of micro-influencing practices on YouTube and social media to spread the word and increase awareness.
I honed my ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, ensuring the brand’s message was consistently aligned across platforms. I strengthened my expertise in influencer marketing, successfully identifying and engaging over 200 micro-influencers to amplify brand awareness. Additionally, I gained valuable skills in content creation, strategic outreach.
